A must for deskphones
Bought this item to make my Jabra 75 unit work with my Cisco desk phone. Haven't seen any connection issues. Easy to install. Have been using for the past year.

Worked flawlessly.
Got this for my Jabra pro 9465 and pair these with the Cisco 7962 phone. This allows me to answer the phone from my headset and is super easy to use. Great build quality and doesn't destroy the sound or voice quality. If you need a hookswitch for your Jabra pro 9465 this is the best you can get!

Very Misleading Sales Tactic. Require too many pieces sold separately
This adapter needs an AUX port however the headset lifter requires an AUX port as well. The Jabra Engage 65 only comes with one AUX port. Therefore, either you can lift the phone so you can answer the call, but you can't hear the call ring, or you can use the adapter to hear the call ring, but you have to pick up the phone to answer, which is stupid if you are feet away from your desk!! No response from the Jabra tech support. You literally have to purchase 3 - 4 pieces to get it to half work. SO DISAPOINTING!

Works great with Jabber 9465 and Cisco 8811
It does what it's supposed to do. I had to contact my employer's Cisco VOIP phone administrator to ask for her to enable Electronic Hookswitch in the Cisco Call Manager admin software.

I purchased many of these. They all work perfectly with our JKabra 920 headsets and Cisco 8841 and 8851 phones.

Funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich hab den Jabra 920 Pro mit den Cisco 7975 angeschlossen und hat auf Anhieb funktioniert. Man brauch aber auch noch ein zusätzliches rj9 Kabel um was zu hören :). Der link ermöglicht nur die Tasten am Headset zu benutzen.
