Q: Does the eggs stick on this pans?

If you follow all the guidelines provided by the vendor when you are cooking, nothing sticks to the pans. They clean up very easily as well.

Q: Are all the pans flat on the bottom?

These pans are suppose to be flat on the bottom for use on an induction cooktop. Both skillet bottoms warped during the first uses using medium heat. Their customer service is horrible. We called and emailed repeatedly about the warping without any success. We do not recommend these pans at all!!
