Fancy coffee brewer
A good brewer no doubt but don't buy thinking you can make espresso with it. It's a percolation brewer unlike aeropress which is an immersion brewer. You can make a wide variety of brews in an aeropress but in delter press you face some limitations because of limited coffee input in the cap(24~25gms). But the major advantage of delter press is that, you can make a large quantity of coffee as you can keep adding water from the top. This is the only point in which it beats aeropress. Not as easy to clean as an aeropress. It's a fun brewer and has an awesome design, a good addition to your collection.

Did not filter paper
I did not get filter paper as promised in the description. How can I get that?

Unnecessarily complicated with results no good.
I am an experienced coffee professional and own several cheap & expensive brewers.I appreciate the efforts of the Delter Press team to produce an innovative product however, I don't see any point in spending upwards of 3K on this brewer. Coffee extraction is far from good. The list of problems with the brewer is rather long so I will skip it.To prospective buyers: just go for an Aeropress or a plastic v60.

Decent coffee, hassle to make, could be improved
First, yes I liked the coffee. I followed the instructions and found the step when pulling up to siphon water into cylinder to be difficult to do safely with scalding water. The main cylinder has little wings that are supposed to sit on 3 point of the rim of your coffee cup. These wings are relatively small meaning either: you have to use a narrow cup making the press potentially unstable or you use a wider cup where the wings are less in contact with the cup making the press potentially unstable.Widen the wings and siphon the air out instead of hot water in.

Love It! The Portable Brewer for Excellent Coffee on the Go
The Delter Coffee Press is a fantastic portable coffee brewer that has quickly become my go-to option. With it, I don't know much of the point of using pour-over anymore. Here's what makes the Delter Coffee Press stand out:Portability: It's small and lightweight, making it easy to take with you wherever you go. Its compact size means it can easily fit in your bag, making it a great choice for outdoor adventures, office use, or just keeping your kitchen counter clutter-free.Ease of use and consistent results: The Delter Coffee Press is designed to provide flavor similar to a pour-over, but without the need to worry about how you pour water over the coffee bed. The result is a very consistently delicious cup of coffee that is simple to achieve, even for those new to brewing.Minimal equipment required: One thing I love is its built-in volume markings, so there's no need for a separate scale. Furthermore, you don't need a gooseneck kettle like you would for a pour-over setup. This saves space and keeps your coffee-making equipment to a minimum.A common discussion point when it comes to the Delter Coffee Press is its comparison to the AeroPress. The AeroPress, an immersion-style brewer, typically demands a higher coffee bean dosage (around 30g), resulting in a fuller-bodied coffee. On the other hand, the Delter Press takes an approach more akin to pour-over brewing, using a lower bean dosage of 15-20g. It also yields a cup of coffee with more floral, sweet, and acidic notes, accentuating the beans' subtle intricacies. Personally, I find the flavors generated by the Delter Press to be more appealing and well-balanced.

Good fun. Good coffee.
I have sevarl coffee makers and rotate them each day. This one makes great tasting coffee (San Francisco Welsh blend arabica), and is fun to use. Clean taste. No grits.
