Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have bought several of these over the past five years. It's a great "ice pack", but does tend to split at the seams and corners and the clay leaks out. Mine gets daily use.

Let me preface this by saying I've only used it 1x as I just got it. That being said, so far so good. I have this exact same item which I purchased in a big box retailer over 15 years ago and the clay dried out. This new item worked perfectly. No issues with the packaging nor the clay. It heated up well, held the heat for fair amount of time. Follow the directions on the tag (and bag) for heating instructions. My advice is to take it out your microwave and give it a few seconds to actually tell if its heated to your liking. You can't immediately tell after the timer goes off.

Dry large siized

Had an achilles surgery done in October and needed an ice pack to fold awkwardly to help soothe that area after doing physical therapy. I recommend.

It was an okay product. I am still lookin for a heated pack that stays heated for a long time, especially when I am working. I move around when I work, so I like the Velcro holding it up but it doesn't always last long. We'll see how this one holds up after a month or so. Overall, it's still a good product.

there were no real instructions for the clay pouch. it is encased in plastic. does that stay or get removed? the strap with velcro needs to be a few inches longer to accommodate people with a “ bigger” belly area
