Excellent product and service
Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I bought a Mac book pro I was on a tight budget so didn't expect too much but the machine I got is fantastic it's like brand new. And the service was excellent. Thanks again Denis

Not excellent but good condition
Gave it four stars because it came in really good condition, barely any wear and tear considering the price. However, when I started using it, some keys weren’t stuck to the keyboard and would come off when I type or it’d jam making hard to write essays. Very smooth return. Everything else worked but wouldn’t say the condition was excellent.

Great Buy
I took the massive jump of faith to purchase a refurbished Macbook Pro from Amazon via One Click Crazy Feals Ltd. After spotting a model that was well priced and described as excellent condition I bought a Macbook Pro 15" 2017 model after reading there is a warranty etc which gave me some reassurance. The Mac arrived today. Whilst not in an original box it came wrapped in a good quality thick bubble wrap bag and an outer cardboard box.It is in excellent condition and is working well. The appearance is very good and so far I am very pleased with the buy. There are no issues. I noted via reviews already posted that the machine might has a US dollar sign rather than UK sterling key which is the case but loading the keyboard for UK use has sorted this out. A great buy!

Deal with problems very well.
I ordered the first Macbook pro which turned out to have a faulty keyboard which I reported. This was dealt with very well and will be sending it back full a full refund. I ordered a second one which turned out to be in perfect condition, very clean and tidy and very well packaged. Customer services are very well informed and helpful.

Arrived needing a password which was not supplied. So basically no more than a second hand laptop leading to several questions regarding history. Not refurbished or reconditioned in anyway. Avoid.
