And the reason being is the QUALITY of the nozzle is pretty bad- I’ve had it fall ON CARPET and the dang nozzle would break, and I’d have no sanitary way of getting the saline to clean my piercing. :’)

I had a helix piercing done and for 2 weeks the pain was so excruciating. I couldn't sleep at night. It was soo painful to touch. I found this on Amazon and after the first spray, the pain was gone. This spray helped me so much. Noe I can toss and turn with no fear that my ears will burn with pain. I love the fact that it is travel size too. I recommend this to everyone

I was really looking forward to using this product as my piercer recommended it to me. I had read past reviews stating that the nozzle was defective for some, but I held out hope because my piercer raved about this stuff. Well, I received it yesterday, and got 2 uses out of it before the nozzle just randomly stopped working when I tried to use it today. And, of course, it’s not eligible for return or refund. It’s honestly not fair, and I’m just unfortunately really disappointed. I really hope someone reaches out to me and makes things right.

I was originally given this product from my piercer. I refuse to use anything else. I had used a homemade saline solution on other piercings, and I just don’t feel they healed as well. This is sterile and very easy to use. Definitely recommend!

I got a helix piercing and it ended up infected and I was worried I would lose the piercing. After clearing the infection, I bought this and used it routinely three times a day. I like the spray application; I felt like it got into the area better. I've been using it so much I just bought a second bottle! I'm a little paranoid and want to make sure this heals completely before I stop cleaning it daily.

I have always had issues with new piercing but this product has really worked. I spray once a day on my Daith piercing and so far had no issue… I can tell I was using the Nailmed wound wash spray while waiting on this Amazon product and it was for a few days but I never really sprayed it on my piercing.

I have bought this bottle from my piercer and it worked for a week until the spray stopped working (still a lot of product in the bottle). So I bought another one here and it worked great! I thought it was probably my piercer who has bad bottle of these. So I’ve just ordered another one again on Amazon and it stopped spraying after a day. Honestly disappointing because it’s a great product for sensitive skin, it’s the spray that is just not working. Don’t even bother buying this online or in person because it seems to be having the same problem of it not spraying properly. It’s a waste of money especially since it can’t be returned. Just fix the spray.
