Replaced a dead battery in my trimmer and it worked first time. After charging it fully, let it go without the charger attached. It worked like it had a full charge even after more than six weeks and several uses. Was not even difficult to replace. Only question now is, how long will it continue to work like it has a full charge, whether charged completely or not. Will update later.

The Hyper SubC batteries were purchased a replacements for older batteries. They arrived with a partial charge and appear to be performing as expected. time will tel how many charge cycles they will take.

Don't discard that rechargable shaver! Replace the NiCd battery and increase its lifespan by 15+ years. I am on my third sub C rechargable battery for a shaver that died one year after purchase. 15 Years later, I am still using it!The HyperPS battey is so much better than my Radio Shack Sub C battery. It is stronger and holds its charge much longer. Great purchase and I expect to squeeze another 15 years from my 15 year old shaver.

Got hold of an old light and couldn't find the right batteries for it. The problem was finding something with tabs 'cause it had to be soldered in. These are perfect. Haven't had them long enough to rate the life, but so far they were a bright idea (pun intended).

Remove the connector tabs with needle-nose pliers.Don't JERK or PULL the tabs off, the cell is easily damaged.Instead, grip the connector wire and ROLL the connector up around the needle-nose.The tab will easily split and peel off.
