Doesn't keep water cold!
I was so excited to try this water bottle out! I try to drink 60 oz of water a day, which means having a water bottle filled and by me all day long. I use an rtic mug at home, but needed something more portable to take to work, when I workout, etc. First I tried a brumate, which I really liked, but it grew mold if you looked at it funny! So I really wanted one that had a continuous cleaning feature. That part seems to work on the Philips, as far as I could tell. HOWEVER, the most basic feature - keeping your cold beverages cold-is a GIANT failure on this one. I would fill it with fresh ice and water before leaving for work, and everything would be melted and water would be luke warm within 2 hours or less. Such a bummer because I love the size, color, and the handle of the gozero! But my regular rtic mug keepa liquids cold longer, for half the price. So my search continues....

Complete rip-off
Pictures show charging cable. Description clearly states, “Included components: USB Charging Cable, Bottle body.” No charging cable in the box. Instructions clearly say to only use their charging cable so this is a very expensive paperweight. In a virtual world who even uses paper anymore?

Cold
Doesn't keep water cold for a long period of time even when ice cubes. Have a 4 ocean travel container that keeps water cold for days even w/out ice. Purchased this for sterilization and keeping water cold. Cold water lasts fir a couple of hours.

Charging Lead removed from box..!
Bottle is useless without it. Instructions say only use lead provided.

Received item as advertised n very fast I a wk(singapore).works well,very happy with purchase.Xold water do last long hour.would recommend to those who are interested. Love and impressed Amazon service.Tqvm guys.
