The quality of the parts were excellent 👌.If you follow the directions you will have no problems building this model, but there are a few areas that you need to look very close to make sure that your model looks like the picture.Once completed it looks good.

This was great fun to make, (even for an 85 year old!) Assembly was fairly straight forward, although I did have a problem inserting the (thick) double rubber bands into the clip part no. 90 (see photo). I first tried to force them in, but the clip broke at the crossbar. Having glued it together, I found the best way was to fix the clip in a vice, slit upwards. The hold the rubber bands in one hand, grasp the very end of the bands with a pair of pliers, and pull very hard until the bands are thin enough to go into the slot. To make sure it runs smoothly, make sure you lubricate all the necessary parts with candle grease. The many parts were cut so accurately I think they must have been laser-cut. With so many parts distributed on 4 large sheets, locating a particular one could have been difficult, but the (excellent) manual had a photo of the correct sheet on each page, with the position of the part indicated. This was the best instruction manual I have ever used.I am seriously considering another similar kit from UGEARS.
