A great mini server
I have used this cast iron server several times, reheating chicken in the oven. It is wonderful in retaining heat after taking it out of the oven so the food won't turn cold quickly while enjoying the meal. Lodge made this server pre-seasoned and made to resist rust (a very nice concept). After washing and drying it, I use avocado oil to re-oil it for use the next time. I am impressed with the quality and innovative ideas to improve on its products. Thank you, Lodge!

perfect!
bought 4 of these to do side dishes on my grill. so far weve done, lemon butter shrimp, baked ziti, and scalloped potatoes. theyre a little larger than I thought but that fine because I can use them for main dishes too. easy to clean and nearly indestructible.

Gems!
I absolutely love these little gems. Cast iron so they cook evenly. Clean up great. Perfect size for individual cornbread, potatoes au gratin, Mac and cheese. Possibilities are endless! Recommend highly!!!

Great addition for our Smoker
We love smoking many dishes in our wood burning smoker. The Pyrex just doesn’t do it for us when entertaining. These look authentic and have great heat saturation for even cooking.
