Other than I miss judged the the size and thought it was for a smaller external hard drive which was my fault great product solid build it dose not feel cheap at all and best thing the protective foam is of the highest quality a good balance between softness and firmness a really good buy.

These keep my backup drives protected from dust & physical damage while they're on the shelf. Perfectly fits my WD 3.5" internal HDD drives. Stackable design with internal cushion. These are affordable & well made.

This 3.5 inch HD case is just as expected. There's a bit of interior padding, the shell seems durable. The closure, or "catch" is the devil to open, but that is perhaps by design. Use a small screwdriver to pop the case open, or expect broken fingernails! The hinge is molded plastic; the entire case shell, top, bottom hinge, and catch, is of a piece. The hinge is so thin as to be nearly transparent, leaving one to wonder about longevity. I used these cases (I bought a pair) to store backups of my work off-site, and since I swap out those backups only once per month, the hinge won't get a lot of use. I hope it holds up well. I wish the label applied to the case had not been applied. On both of my cases it is peeling away, but is NOT a removable adhesive. Attempting to remove it would leave a mess. I don't need the label, but others might. I'd have preferred it was included, but not applied to the case.

These are great for archival storing of 3.5" HDD. They are dust proof and made of hard plastic.

I have been using this case for about 5 years now. The design of the newer ones has not changed except for more available colors. The case is well made and functions great.

Arrived quickly and product fit my WD 4TB drive with no issues. Product feels of solid and sturdy material. Will buy more in the future as needed.

Before I moved to my new house, I bought 2 of these boxes to protect the hard drives that I use externally with a dock near my computer. My hard drives fit perfectly in there, and It locked very tightly, so I knew that my valuable data would be secure during the move. I highly recommend these boxes if you are moving or if you just need a durable place to store hard drives.
