I’ve been using the OPI Nail Lacquer Top Coat for a while now, and it really gives my manicures a polished, salon-quality look. The shine is beautiful—almost like a gel—and it helps my nail color look richer and more professional. I like that it glides on smoothly and doesn’t smudge or streak my polish underneath.While it’s not the absolute fastest drying top coat out there, once it sets, it does a great job protecting against chips. My polish lasts noticeably longer with this on top—easily five to seven days without touch-ups. It also keeps colors from dulling or fading. Overall, it’s a dependable, high-gloss top coat that adds that perfect finishing touch to your nails.

I LOVE THIS POLISH!!! I’ve had this polish combo on for 5 days now, and still no chipping - even after multiple showers, hand washing clothing items, and dishwashing. It’s only looking rough around my cuticles because my nails are growing out, and these pics don’t do the colors and shine justice!MY PROCESS:Use a SMOOTHING file (Tropical Shine) on the entire nail to remove ridges and GENTLY rough up the nail bed, and wipe nails with isopropyl alcohol before applying polish.I did NOT use a base coat- just the iridescent blue polish (Vieafenti) Halo Sequin nail polish on my ring fingers (Born Pretty), and this OPI Gel Plump as a top coat.Hope this helps!

OPI never disappoints. I sometimes get bubbles in my top coat but this one very bubbles maybe one out of ten uses. I like it. The formula is thick enough to cover the whole nail with one brush of the wand but is also thin enough to dry quickly. Would recommend.

I used this as a top coat and it really looks and feels like a gel effect top coat without really being a gel, no UV led lamp needed ! It dried quickly and leaves such a nice shine top coat.Update.. still going strong has not chipped or lost its shine, I have cleaned and scrubbed and still holding up. I definitely will be using this from now on its a total game changer for me.

It gives a lot of sheen but takes a long to dry, and the nail polish still chips.

This product handled a problem I've had forever when I do my own nails. No matter how early I try to get to this task, I always end up with sheet prints on my nails resulting from going to bed with nail polish that wasn't fully hardened. This product magically hardens a base coat and two coats of polish within minutes. I don't know how but it works—no more sheet prints. I looked into the ingredients and they seem relatively non-toxic. That's even more magical.

I wear wraps so you never know which topcoat will work with your body chemistry and the wrap. I found this and I’m addicted to it. My nails show no wear with it so they last longer. And the shine is amazing!!! I just wish it didn’t get gummy so fast. But I’ve heard that setting the bottle in hot water fixes this. I am going to try it.

I have been searching high and low for years for the best “gel look” top coat. I’ve been continually disappointed by every single one. Until this magic right here.It is THICK which is, for this purpose, a good thing. A thin top coat will never give that plump, gel polish look. This delivers. The dry time is for sure longer, but that is a non-issue since it actually gives the look I’m going for.The single drawback is it can cause more shrinkage than a typical top coat, so it’s super important to let all coats dry well before apply another.The picture I attached doesn’t do it justice, honestly. It helped my mani last over a week with zero chips, and an additional week with minor chipping on the edges.In all, a great product that actually does what it claims.
