It twists up like a chapstick tube (yay for no more latex gloves and dipping into a tub to put cream on) It doesn’t burn and doesn’t smell like menthol like a lot of the other brands do. I feel like if I needed to skip a shower after a work out this vanilla would keep me not smelling like a stinky sweaty gal.
