I recommend this battery
This battery is the exact replacement for the Canon Power Shot SD1000 Digital Elph. The OEM battery lost durability losing it's charge after a brief use. This item was ordered on 12-14-15 and received on 12-21-15. It was charged with the OEM charger and functions as advertised without any hitches or difficulties. I am fully satisfied as of now and recommend this battery.

Never worked, and zero customer service
The battery would not charge at all. Regretfully I waited too long before testing it and could not return it to Amazon, so I emailed the seller directly multiple times. (He included a note promising 100% satisfaction if there were any issues whatsoever...apparently there are lots of problems) and never a response. I tried contacting through Amazon too...no reply there either after providing lots of time. I recommend avoiding this seller. Waste of money.

False advertising.
The product received was not the product advertised. It was advertised as 1400 ma but what we received was 950 ma and a different brand as per the picture and details outlined. False advertising in my opinion. Do not order.
