Have only used it 2 weeks. I have moved around from hard-cases, to rolling cases, to canvas shoulder bags, to small and large backpacks. This is a great soft-sided bag or extremely high craftsmanship and will wear beautifully and last a long time. I love that it is stiff enough to stand up, and they back it with a warranty. Moving from my backpack forced me to re-consider what I was carrying. This can carry a computer, power supply, business cards, some cords, pens, pencils, and maybe 2 thin file folders and 1 8.5 X 11 notebook. Anything more than that, and the case becomes unorganized and impossible to zip up. Safety glasses - out. Sony headphones - out. Large Leatherman multi-tool - out. Extra mouse - out. Stanley cup - out. Extra clean shirt - out. Reduce all of the cords that I carry, extra papers, folders, and notebooks. mmm, maybe an added benefit will be less shoulder and neck pain
