I know it sounds crazy but this is seriously the best flat iron I've ever owned. I have very long. Very thick hair. This one heats up to 455° and works like a charm! I have spent close to $200 each on Sam Villa and a Chi... neither of them worked as well as this one! Has a very comfortable handle, digital thermometer so you know how hot it is, and heat up within a minute. It's a great product at a great price!

I don’t mind how the product works, it get hot fast and does the job. I do like how nicely it runs through my hair and doesn’t pull hair out. My only complaint is that it gets so hot right above the temp screen that you can’t hold it. Also setting it down on my vanity for even 2 mins it leaves heat marks because of how hot it gets.
