Great jars but 75oz is much smaller than expected.
I bought these to replace similar plastic jars from Dollar Tree. I am using them for protein powders that come in ziplock bags that don't actually zip. The DT jars were the perfect size but didn't close too securely. I just wanted a better version of them. They claimed to be 80oz. But these jars that are 75oz are so much smaller and did not fit the entire bag with it on its side without spilling out. I did some experimentation using my coffee pot with a 40oz line, and found out they are right, and DT is wrong. However, it seems that since the DT jars only sit on their side, not the bottom, they are measuring to the bottom of the opening. If I hold them upright, they seem to fit a gallon, so it was probably the gallon jars I needed to buy.That being said, if the jars are the right size for you, they are high quality thick glass. I wish the gallon jars weren't so expensive. It is a little hard justifying replacing $1.25 plastic jars with them.Pic is a Dollar Tree plastic jar and one of these 75 oz jars.Also, if it helps any, the protein powders are 29 oz.

I purchased the 3 glass storage jars and the combo was at least $10 cheaper than buying them locally. They are perfect for organizing my doggo's treats though I can't speak for how air tight they are or how fresh they will keep the food as I will not be trying them out! Some reviews noted broken jars, mine were unbroken, no chips. I did notice a few small dings in the cover but I don't really care about that as they are stored away. If you are leaving them on the counter you might care about aesthetics. Update: The jars came with 4 black labels for the containers. I did not realize until the 2nd purchase that it also came with a white marker for said labels. Either the marker was missing from the first purchase or I missed it and tossed it out. Make sure to empty all the packaging from the box before tossing, just a suggestion!

I needed containers for a dessert table that weren’t so tight we would have problems accessing the candy. These came and were the perfect containers to be used.
