Parts don’t fit together
To me, the instructions are hard to understand. Parts are mislabeled, to add to the confusion. Also a major connecting part does not fit together with another. There is no one to contact, all you can do is either return it for a refund or they will send you another one. With both options, you have to bring this heavy box back, I would much rather have had them just sent me the part that is defective. This is a fail in my opinion. Would not order from this company again, especially because there is no one to contact if you have a question, issue, complaint.
