How do you know when it's time to change the filter?

It will stop filtering the smoke and the smoke will just come back out

Hello puchased a replacement filter and its not working like the original one. The cartridge is making a noise like its loose. Is it broken?

Hi there, If you hear a rattling sound coming from inside the replacement filter cartridge, that is normal. That is the activated carbon (charcoal) filter inside. I hope this helps.

The replacement filters are not made with plastic. They're made with high quality durable cardboard.

Why is smoke coming out the top of mine. I have to blow really hard and long for it not

Try removing the hydrophobic screen and cleaning off the resin/moisture. Once cleaned, pat it dry and put it back inside the mouthpiece. This should bring the HEPA filter back to new.
