So first off, yes it works. And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it's honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable.It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it's annoying because you're literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don't really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh.But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says... I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it's 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it's never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I'll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It's so paintful!!!!I started this 4x already and couldn't finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it's not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won't suffer. You guys may think I'm being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can't tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn't for my spouse in the other room saying "I told you so" to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lolI know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I'm in the bathroom, that's another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won't raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol!The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the "bad" stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don't trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don't work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you're a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You'll be wiping so often you're going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it's a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when amazon asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

Holy moly, these work so well. I had been taking another brand which I loved but they were expensive and I found that I had to take a lot of them to get moving. But let me tell you I didn't even need to do more than 4 days of this stuff and I was cleaned out. And now to maintain, I only need one every few days. When I first did it I took one at night and then another one the next morning and the mornings after that. I highly suggest that you do it on a day where you don't have to go anywhere or can at least be near a toilet. And now I only take it in the morning when I'm going to be home all day because it works in a half a day, and the first time I did it I was woken in the middle of the night. The urge is not overwhelming, and there is light cramping to give you a heads up that you've got to go. But the cramping stops after you go so it is not an uncomfortable feeling. I can honestly say that I feel lighter and that I'm ridding my body of toxins. We can laugh about poop, but honestly it is so important to clean out your colon! And this stuff is great. And I so appreciate the good price. Those of us who use products like this spend so much money on health supplements. This is one I will now always have in my cabinet.

Got Damn!!!I’m sorry for my expression I took 2 3am this morning and went to the gym felt the cramps and had to leave I immediately smell doo doo I rush out the gym went home it was diabolical what came out of me my son kick me out my own house I don’t blame him I was mad at my self this is worth every penny this is just like the duck detox by Dr.Sabi I’m still on the toilet and it’s 5:15pm what ever you eat it will come out it doesn’t matter where you at it’s a coming. Will purchase this again please make sure you drink water. GOD BLESS!!!!

This will have you in the toilet all day, I recommend starting this when you’re off for a few days I started this during spring break I made a mental note of when it kicks in, how long do I have from when my stomach starts feeling like I needed to go and when I really had to go which was about 5-8 min after that you better be on the toilet or be ready to squat somewhere lol I went about 4-6 times a day the pill started working a day and a half after taking it I would recommend taking advantage of this pill with a diet so that you can loose weight as well I didn’t do that but I still felt less bloated and I felt skinny but not according to the scale, maybe lost about a pound or two. Didn’t use it for the whole 15 days only for about 6 days because I didn’t want to be in the toilet all day at work but I do recommend especially for those that work from home or have easy access to the bathroom

A friend of mine took these for a few days and pooped 5lbs during that time! So I decided to try it, I took 2 last night about 2hrs before I went to bed. I noticed I had gas all night then in the morning I had some cramps. I started going to the bathroom about 1.5 hrs after waking up and Ive gone 3 full times since. It's been about 6 hours since I woke up and I've been getting cramps then they go away, cramps again and I have to go. I am not taking any more for a while! These are pretty powerful and I do not see how anyone could take them every day for 15 days 😵 they are great for a quick flush but make sure you have little to no plans !!

First day not much happened for me, a little bit of cramps. Second day pretty much the same but more severe cramps but by the third day, WOW. This product has worked miracles on me. Nothing I took would work and now I’m on day 9 and I feel so much lighter. Clothes fit better, little to NO bloat. Will buy this again. Hubs is taking it now and he loves it as well. He takes Suboxone so he has troubles with the bathroom…. Not now lol. Great stuff!
