Q: Are the white bucks actually suede like the other color pictures? I'm wanting suede, but the white buck picture is a linen fabric.

I got the light gray which are suede and very comfortable.

Q: I bought a pair of the Chinos, and the material is something more like textile or canvas (same w/Navy & camo). Why is this and how do I clean them?

I am no professional however I have had success with stuffing the shoe full of newspaper to retain its shape and plain old dish soap and water. I found that a brush of some sort works the best but stay away from metal bristles because they'll rip the fabric eventually.
