A problem fixed, a very happy customer.
This is an update to my previous review, which is included below. The manufacturer reached out to me and provided a replacement unit. The replacement arrived and has performed perfectly over the last 3 weeks. Any manufacturer can make a mistake. Gsangoo obviously cares about the customer and I am very happy with the product and the manufacturer. I would definitely consider the manufacturer for future orders due to their response in fixing a problem and the overall quality of the product. Great sound and comfortable fit. Thank you Gsangoo.Initial review since revised is below. I am including so anyone can see the the history of my experience.My satisfaction with the product is changing over time. A couple of days in using the product I find the sound level continuously increases on its own. I have the sound level set comfortably low and without touching the sound level controls on my phone or the headphones the sound level starts to increase. I thought I was imagining this but it is real. I am really disappointed as these were really great. Good sound, comfortable; I really liked them.

Great earphones for the price.
They work just fine, and when my earbuds run out of battery, I can rely on these. They fit great and easy to clean. Pretty durable, if used correctly. I have them with me everywhere.

Poor quality
The sound is great on them the only problem with them is that it did not last very long. It would cut off for no reason and now one side is only working. My dollar store earbuds are still working on both sides. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy it unless you don’t mind down the road for one earbud to work.
