Q: what size bar would you need 5 ft , 6ft , or 7ft ?

6ft and 7ft bar would hold well. But not the 5 ft.

Q: Will preacher curl take standed one inch hole plates?

Hi. Yes. I have 1 inch standard plates and the preacher curl holds it well.

Q: Anyone else's delivery missing and/or defective parts? Mine had no hardware and defective welds.

Mine may have been missing or had 2 bolts mis labeled. I wasn't 100% sure if I used them in the wrong spot but I got it all together. I didn't have any problems with bad welds.

Q: I just received my order n im missing part number 47.. how do i get ahold of the company?

It was made in China so you will have to got o Lowe's or have someone help you fabricate one. Otherwise, return the item.
