Not Impressed
I'm a 43yr old male, who purchased this product after reading reviews. I used this product exactly as recommended on the bottle, workout daily, and have a healthy diet. Since the age of 18 Fitness and working out have always been a key part of my daily life. I have tried many different supplements over the years. I can honestly say that after one bottle of this supplement, I'M NOT IMPRESSED. I have not experienced any gains, or weight loss, no increase in strength, or better sleep.THIS PRODUCT IS OVER PRICED AND NOT EFFECTIVE!

this is the only thing ive tried that actually makes me bigger. unfortunately once the product is out of my system the increase goes away
