Ho boy.... DDLC is 100% a psychological horror game meant to mess with your head. I'm real sure that's why Nintendo promotional materials are pushing that it's a horror game and why they're making that M rating big and bold. So no one gets this and goes in blind. If you were thinking there's any sexy adult times in this, sorry but I'm going to spoil you by saying NOPE! None of that!

Yes but the stuff is small enough to fit in the game case so people got confused and wrote reviews saying the stuff wasn't there before actually opening the case and seeing it was

Is this suitable for a 15 year old? is it a lot more different from ddlc?

No, it's not. If you don't already know, it has suicide and violent scenes , also there are jumpscares. It's a psychological horror game.As the game disclaimer says "this game is not suitable for children or those who are easily disturbed". This is my first time playing it so I don't know how much it differs from the original ddlc.
