I don’t know about replacing the plastic jug but use silicone to repair the holes. That should work

Can it be used to make any Healthy Foods?

I suppose you could make some sort of healthy smoothie and then freeze them using this. Most ice creams are sweet treats but you could try something with tofu. Tofutti is a frozen product made that way.

how long to freeze canister?

Typically 35-45 minutes. The motor will start to slow down as the mixture gets thicker. I would recommend after stopping motor to remove the motor and cover the canister while still in the ice for another 30 minutes. The mixture will still be like a milkshake consistency and should be placed in another container to freeze completely.
