Excellent Metatarsal Support
I've used a well known name brand in the orthopedic insole market for years - but when an order was delivered to the wrong address by USPS and lost, I sought out a quick and comparable replacement. Out of all the insoles available here on Amazon, these appeared to be the most similar to what I've been using. The arch support is a little higher than what I'm used to, but not uncomfortable. The metatarsal support is excellent - it's positioned correctly and isn't too low or too high. Overall, they're very comfortable and fit well. Disposable orthopedic insoles are typically rated for 6 months of use, but I've learned over the years to replace them at around 4 months maximum, as my feet, knees, back and neck always let me know when a pair are about shot. Another sign that insole replacement is due, is feeling absolutely exhausted by the end of the day. The quality of these is very comparable to those I had been using, as they lasted for about 4 months. I've ordered these twice now and will continue to order for my work shoes every 3-4 months, moving forward.

Finally an arch support sole that provides enough height!
I have worn many arch support soles for decades and several different types including prescription soles. I have always felt that all the soles that I tried were not providing enough height to my arches and my very flat feet, which resulted in poor blood circulation and my suffering in the standing position. In the past few months I started worrying about my future because my lower legs started to feel more painful because of my poor circulation, which I have always known is mainly because of my flat feet. I purposely search for soles with a high arch support on Amazon and found the PC soles high arch support advertised on this page. I first tried one pair, which FINALLY provided me with the high arch support I have been looking for for so many years. It tremendously improved the circulation in my lower legs after a few weeks and my arches adjusting to the new soles. The soles are also very comfortable once your feet adjust to them (be patient, it takes a few weeks) and are extremely good quality and affordable. I since bought two additional pairs: one to wear at home in my sleepers (t is extremely important to wear arch support soles at home as well!), one pair to hike because exercise is another part of improving my blood circulation and health, and one pair for my city shoes. Thank God for this amazing product that has tremendously improved my quality of life and given me hope for the future. I wish all success to this company in the future, they deserve it.

Great arch support and foot stability
My podiatrist suggested these because I have high arches but I don't need custom orthotics. They are wonderful! The arch support keeps my toes from jamming into the front of my shoes and they help prevent/treat plantar fasciitis. They are expensive, but not compared to custom, and if this is all you need, they are great--sturdy and highly functional.

Arch support is a little off
I have high arches and needed some insoles for my work shoes. When I got these I was excited because the arch support is nice and high and seemed sturdy. When I cut them to size and put them in my shoes I immediately noticed that the arch support is a bit too close to the heel. The peak of the arch is about an inch behind where my arch peak is. I did take them back out and compare them to my feet and it seems to be where the arch is and not how they were fitting in my shoe. It’s off just enough to be bothersome and even bruised my arch the first time I wore them. I’m sad because the arch height and sturdiness are great but they’re causing more pain the they are helping.

High arch insoles
These insoles are okay, one of the arch is in right spot in shoe, but the other foot the arch seems to be back a little, because it seems the heel of the foor sits on the arch.

Arch support breaks down too much
Does not provide a lot of support for the arch- misleading.

I have plantar fasciitis so I thought I would give these insoles a try. They are really firm and well structured. The manufacture is really good quality. I was taken a bit by surprise how wide they were compared to the normal insole of my shoe (see pics). I made sure when trimming the insole that I did not trim any of the hard plastic, only the outer foam edge. I did get them to fit into my shoes a bit wide. It also took a bit of time getting used to walking in them because they elevated my foot in the shoe a bit. I posted some pics to show the difference. You will want to be mindful that you many need a wider shoe to accommodate these insoles properly. My concern was if I cut into the hard plastic and messed with the integrity of the hard plastic the insoles may not sit properly in the shoe. For one day it felt very strange walking around in these. If you are a person who is prone to falls you may want to get used to these insoles a little bit at a time. After the first day they insoles felt much better. By the third day of using them I did notice a decrease of pain in my arch/heel of the affected foot. I am keeping my fingers crossed it's all uphill from here. I do recommend this product very strongly. Just be sure to fit the insoles in your shoes correctly or use a wider shoes to accommodate.

Due to my flat feet, plantar fasciitis and over pronation, I usually have to get custom orthotics that cost hundreds of dollars. This is an excellent, affordable option. At this price, I can get a pair for each shoes so I don’t have to keep taking out my custom orthotics out of each pair of shoes after I’m done wearing them. I tried them in my Hunter rain boots and to my surprise, they fit! They made a HUGE difference and it felt just as supportive as my expensive custom orthotics. They have guidelines at the top edge and inner side edge if you need to cut them to size. The arch support is phenomenal and the has a lot of cushioning and support. There’s a gel pad at the bottom of the heel to avoid it from slipping and sliding in your shoes. There’s also cushioning at the bottom forefoot for impact absorption. I can’t say enough how much I love these! I highly recommend these. An easy 5-star rating!
