Good product. I used it for making pancakes mostly. Takes a little time to get dissolved. But once cooked one cannot tell the difference from fresh eggs. Easy to carry and store.

I have now baked with this egg white powder many times and it does what it should. No other additives. The egg whites can whip to stiff peaks. It takes a little bit longer than fresh egg whites but powder really saves a lot of time if you are separating a lot of eggs for a recipe. The taste is just fine too. Nothing strange about these. I tried another brand and they had additives in it and those egg whites were no good. These egg whites are also reasonable priced. Adequate Foods, you need to change your name to "Great Foods". Adequate means "just OK" but these are great. Thank you!

Well...the company doesn't mention the quantity of eggs used for 500gms. of egg powder. Which raised doubts in my mind. Considering that a single egg weighs around 50 gms., WITH WATER; I can only assume that once dried it weighs around 20 gms. atleast. Still, it needs less than 30 eggs to make 500gms. of egg powder. Price of 30 eggs at my place is less than Rs. 200/-. Hence, it's just a matter of common sense that 'why to pay more than thrice of amount for a same product'? Apart from all of these, the product is simple, nothing special. But, I repeat 'it is not value for money'.

Frankly speaking you cannot mix albumen in water and drink it. So the flavoured once from Venky and Sharret are useless. I had a very hard one month trying to gobble them. Only way to eat egg white is to have it scrambled or as an omelette. This one is perfect for that. Also it's cheap. Costs about half of Sharret and Venky. On top of that you get a certificate from a Lab on the product.

Good to use as a natural protein source. I have only used in omelette together with eggs and it tastes good! Use warm water to mix egg whites instead of cold water. I don’t feel it would taste good in smoothies.

The product is good. Only issue we faced initially was lump formation then we got used to how to beat it. We have tried adding in pancakes, make omelletes.

Easy to mix

Not worth since FISH like taste is present. Fresh eggs are much better. Amazon fresh and big-basket will send very large size eggs and Amazon Fresh will even give you much cheaper prices too with full refund for breakage. If you have no option or do not want to mess with storing/breaking eggs then maybe. But be aware there are multiple listing for this product and most have very bad ratings. It is better to pay more for fresh eggs. Quantity wise I do not think they have more than 100 medium eggs worth.
