Unless the model says RV345P it’s not a POE model.

Does the rv345p support policy based routing? does it have dpi and ips?

Yes, the RV345 does support Policy Based Routing where you can specify and match which traffic (source, destination IP addresses, and services) to go out through a selected outgoing interface. Router also supports signature-based IPS with three predefined security levels. Does this support full vlan features?

Yes, it supports 802.1q and 1p vlan features. I use several vlans on 3 ports trunk for a 3 gig connection, you can use the 4th also. You can set rules to allow 1 item on or all of 1 vlan access to others. This really is a great router not security device, although it has some security features, for the money.
