Grandson loves it
My grandson is super in love with the hexbugs and the junkbots. I only complaint is I did not understand and realize that the box on the outside was part of it so I kind of messed it up before I realized it.

Fun toy but missed the mark a little
My 7 year old loves these but gets frustrated because the pieces can be really challenging to snap into place and sometimes the pack doesn't include all the pieces to make the bots that are showcased in each set. Which means he gets frustrated he can't build the pictured bots. He has austism and loves to follow the rules and this can be frustrating.

Totally junk
Bought for my grandson for Christmas. Total piece of junk, was literally falling apart when it was opened. He was so disappointed as was I, this was to be his favorite present as he waited 3 months to get it. Ended up throwing it in the box with the promise of something better to take its place.

Good gift
I bought this for my grandson’s birthday. It was what he wanted, but it is made out of paper basically and doesn’t withstand being played with. The “robot” was missing pieces and didn’t work properly.

Bots fall apart very easily!
I've purchased a few of the smaller Junk Bot sets for my grandson but this one is a disappointment, especially for Christmas. He's almost 7 and is very capable of putting these little boys together, but once he takes them apart to reconfigure them into his own creation, they don't want to stay together. The ball and socket gets loose and doesn't want to hold. So, if you want a kid to build a bot and then not do anything else with it, this is the perfect gift☹️. We'll be exchanging for a new set, if it's the same result it will go back for a refund and that will be the end of it.

Junk should of been the red flag
I can’t believe I paid this much money for cardboard and a bunch of plastic pieces. The instructions are horrible to understand , the pieces that are battery operated didn’t work and they don’t even stay together. Very disappointing.
