Snapware containers are the best I've ever had. Even better than Rubbermaid in some cases. These come in different shapes and sizes and aren't cheap but think some sellers are a lot higher than others so look around. Excellent seal on these. Dishwasher safe but follow directions and remove the liner before dishwasher and they'll last even longer. Highly recommend for any type of food storage. BPA free.

REALLY NICE. GOOD SIZE. THE ONE I HAVE IS BIGGER, BUT ITS OLD. I LOVE THESE PLASTIC ONES. I HAVE GLASS TO, BUT PLASTIC SNAP EASIER AND IS JUST EASIER TO USE. THEY DON'T BREAK EITHER.

I recently purchased a 38pc Snapware container set from Costco, and wanted to add two more 4 cup bowls to go with the set. I was a little confused since the bowls are listed as a 3.86 cup bowl but was assured by the company they were the same that I received with my set. When I received them from Amazon I checked the bottom of the bowl and they do say 4 cup on the bottom, I'm just not sure why the company would list confusing information on their products. These containers are very sturdy, and I'm not quite sure why people would put plastic wear in their washers on a heated dry cycle and think they will withstand it. As far as leakproof, I don't store my containers upside down so this has not been an issue for me.
