5 stars for bridge alone, however....
Hello,So, I bought this to be part of a display I'm building a 1945 Union Pacific "Big Boy" model and althought the model comes with track and looks great upon the huge wooden base I have, I wanted something more for it 1, and needed away to support the thick blast of steam and coal (painted cotton) as it bellows out from the stack 2, and this bridge would allow all this. Plus I thought those piers should be hallow for me to sneak the wires down into the base, yes I'm adding led lights! The Bridge itself looks great, good detail with rivets on the outside only of bridge frame, the included track looks good and of a good quality, and looks easy to assemble as well as paint and weather however you like. However, I read everything on this before buying, except the Q/A section, which I will for now on take a look at, but nowhere in the description does it say anything about the piers for the bridge sold separately! For nearly 50 bucks I was shocked to see no piers, and teeny tiny writing on box reads, pier/supports sold separately. And as I went back to read the product info I don't see where it tells you this, I'd think for the price you'd get some support for this thing, NOPE! I did look into the Q/A section and someone asked and someone answered no the piers are separate....live and learn I guess. Keep in mind I'm not a model railway person I'm a modeler making a model train so not being in that world which is very cool by the way, maybe it's common knowledge to you Model railway guys/ladies that Piers don't come with bridges. Just felt important to say this here as I do read the ratings. Now my project is on hold once again due to waiting for the bridge supports to show up, had this been in the items description and info I would have purchased them and bridge at once... So 5 stars on the bridge, however supports are separate no description of that, and for the price of this and those to be separate: zero stars! But again the bridge looks good feels, with good detail and good plastic. But for the price and no piers, I would like to see more detail inside the bridge frame and on the track and ties. Otherwise this plastic model train bridge with no piers should really only run about 20 bucks. Maybe it the brand, I don't know, I'm, again, not in the model railway business of hobbies. So, in closing good bridge worthy of 5 stars, (from a modelers point of view) the price isn't especially when no piers/support pylons are included, their not, and no product description of that fact, so where did the 50 bucks go into? There is some nice detail, but not 50 bucks worth, it's a thin yet strong plastic so the bridge is light not heavy??? All I can guess it must be a brand name. With all that said the bridge will be perfect for what I need it to do, I did shop around but this style of bridge is what I needed. I'm not unhappy by any means, just was shocked for 50 bucks and no piers and no mention in product description. Thanks for reading, this was typed on the phone so my apologies for any typos, but to edit this much on a phone is a no no, no go. Have a great day!

This is a great looking bridge in my opinion.
The bridge is very easy to assemble. In fact, both sides are already together, then the sides, top and bottom all snap together very easily. You have the option of gluing everything together which is what I did to make a sturdier bridge. However, that's not really necessary.
