Amazing product
Having had neck/shoulder/arm pain for 3 weeks I thought I'd give this a try. After the first 10 minute use the pain was almost completely gone. I am so impressed. Definitely would recommend.

It will worsen your pain
Don't buy. It will worsen you pain. Not only because it's hard (as others have explained). Also because it is very difficult to place you neck properly on it due to the height and design. It is not eligible to return either.
