No it does not. Yes it has it in the name, no it doesn't have the correct firmware as you can see from the example commands ran on it below (all of which should be supported on V2.2) >AT I ELM327 v1.5 >AT AMC ? >AT CER 01 ? >AT CS T:00 R:00

Near as I can tell, no. It's a clone of some kind. Whether this means it will work for what you need is another matter, but it does pull the codes for my head unit.

What is the name of the Bluetooth signal when I am searching for it?

It only works with the xtrons radio, it will automatically connect.
