Doctors want to put me on medication to lower blood pressure, after taking these "2 morning 2 night" doctors surprised my pressures were down and staying down. Natural over pharmaceutical all the way

I have no idea if this is Real Black Ginger. Only time will tell if I see a difference. So far there is no effect at all that convinces me.

Overall the results are very subtle. If anything, it helps to balance out the other herbals that I'm taking. I'm still in the process of determining if the benefits are worth buying and adding it to my regimen.
