Cookies and cream is pretty tasty as far as protein shakes go and low cholesterol solid pick for whey protein also it’s a pretty decent sized jug takes a long time to get through~

This particular flavor is SO sweet i imagine on it’s own it’s too sweet but I like to add this to my coffee with milk in substitute for my creamer. It blends beautiful I am a flight attendant most days im on the go so I can’t use a blender so the ability to mix without a blender is a must and it 100% passed the vibe check. Can wait to try the other flavors

Best protein available. 14 years taking this product and I’ve tried all them starting with Joe Weider 25 years ago that would make a goat vomit, MetRX white box, EAS, Myoplex, Dymatize, and a dozen others. There’s a negative comment here from George who apparently, has no clue whatsoever regarding sunflower lecithin. This is not a seed oil produced with hexane at high temperatures and bleached etc. like those you should avoid. do your homework before steering people away from a product that is everything it claims to be.
