I've now gone through two of these. The first time I had an issue, I chalked it up to perhaps needing to install it in a less dusty environment. My second time, I prepared my bathroom, misting the air with water to keep the air cleaner, and kept the protector scant inches from the screen to prevent anything working between that and the tablet screen.In spite of stringent measures, minute particles stick to the adhesive side, and enormous bubbles formed. I've applied two of these glass protectors in the past, from the same manufacturer, to the smaller mediapad x2.In spite of relative carelessness on those occasions, the protector went on without any issue, the second time without even cleaning the screen, in a standard room of the house.This product is not user friendly to install.

Good SP for this model with one minor issue, since the SP is slightly thick it becomes annoying to use the fingerprint scanner. Feels like your sliding into and out of a hole instead of sliding against the surface.This SP did all the work other than positioning, didn't even have to push out any bubbles it just slowly applied itself to the surface.Wish the cutout for the fingerprint scanner was bigger

Based on the packaging I expected to be dealing with a top-of-the-line product; however, I was sadly mistaken. The product installation instructions are sparse and don't match the included supplies and it is impossible to install without bubbling. Unlike other protectors I have used that install via a 'wet' method that allow for movement of the bubbles to the exterior where they disappear once the liquid evaporates, this protector goes on dry and if a bubble appears, it's there to stay. Would not recommend.

The guide stickers were not sticky enough and kept unsticking, so I just eyed it and, fortunately, it went on well. I don't think the lack of stickiness were their fault though; tablet screens are much heavier and so it's hard to keep those stickers sticky without being too sticky.Once on, it worked very well. I barely noticed it was on.

Not the easiest protector to put on perfectly. small piece of lint somehow found its way under protector then had to use tweezers to try an remove without touching sticky adhesive. Did not work. I was able to get the protector to adhere over all the screen except for small 1" section at bottom of frame which is not in view of screen. How do you remove it and any residual adhesive if you want to put a new one on at a later date?

Well packaged, comes with everything you need to install it. But, can not get it to lay flat without bubbles forming. I have installed many glass screen protectors on phones, so it's not technique. Would not use this again and not recommended.

This would have been a very nice screen protector which fits perfectly on the tablet. Unfortunately, the screen protector came already damaged with a crack in the bottom right hand corner of the screen protector. Because of that defect, I can only give this item a 1 star rating.

Fits the device perfectly and feels great. Got a guy at the local phone repair shop to apply it, they wouldn't even take any payment as he said it super easy. There is a certain big electronics retailer that won't do this even with devices they sell.
