One of best bought gift for my spouse. Spacious and stylish.

Purchase to take on flights. So the chain handles work well although it didn’t quite fit under the seat as hoped. Not my first Micheal Kors bag & it won’t be my last.

Love this bag. I like the style and I can just drop things in. Would have liked a cross body strap but I have improvised and it works. Good quality and will last years.

Such a lovely bag. I got the vanilla. Slightly lighter colour than the picture, but I prefer it so was very happy with that. Only downside was I would have expected the Michael Kors dustbag to have been included, but it wasn't. Still an amazing bag, love the shape of it.

The bag feels high quality and fits all of my daily essentials. In my opinion it’s a perfect bag!

I purchased a Michael Kors bag and matching purse from your website on 10th April 2024. As shown in the attached photographs, the brown trim on the straps of the bag started peeling off and has now completely fallen off. Were the trims simply glued on? I am very disappointed with the quality and would like to understand what you will do to resolve this issue. My previous Michael Kors brown and tan bag lasted for many years, yet this one hasn’t even lasted six months before falling apart—and I use it far less.
