I use this for work often at a helpdesk and it is fairly comfortable and the noise cancelling is really good. I have some hearing loss and this helps me hear and understand stores when they call in. They remain connected and have a good battery life. Would definitely recommend!

It does what it’s supposed to do I can make and receive calls working from home but it isn’t noise canceling and it’s actually starting to fall apart on me but even then it’s still working. People can hear me and I can hear them. It isn’t really comfortable to wear for to long if you have small ears. I give it a 4 overall

I am having financial issues right now. The headset does not work in my computer. I work from home. The headset does not have the ability to work on my computer. I needed a new set ASAP. I don't have a vehicle at this point. If the person came to pick the headset I may miss this person. I also only get a low portion of the I want to buy I need to replace this. Ive spent probably over $300. In the last week. I have a headset I already have headset I'm going to buy I don't even have all of the parts of the hedset.. I thought that headset would be compatible with my dell PC. and I don't have a headset that is affecting my work. Im just really upset and this is affecting my mental health. I'm trying to order a new head but I can't afford it without the credit.

This headset works well, sound good and connected very easily to my computer and phone. I like that you can connect to 2 devices at once. It has a nice look and easily adjustable mic so you can position just where you need it. The only thing I am missing is a setting to hear yourself in the headset, so you sound strange to yourself when talking to other people, like you are not in the room, LOL.

Out of all the ear buds and head sets I think I found the one to keep. So far I have been able to use these for 3+ days without charging while having hours of meetings and leaving the power on for 8+ hours a day. I like that these ones can adjust the Windows volume (some BT headsets can't).Two minor issues: 1) I dislike is the announcement every time I mute or unmute. If someone is talking in a meeting I cannot hear them while the announcement happens. I don't need to be told when I mute or unmute since I have to press the button to do that and the red light shows it's muted. 2) The mute button is on the back side of the mic so you need to grip the mic on the front and back to press the button which might cause some noise to people listening.

I work from home so this wasca Godsend. It has a decent range so i can move around the house. Unfortunately this product quits working about a year after you get it. If it wasn't for that, would have given more stars.

Ive had many and lucky ive always been able to stay clear of the junk. Had to replace the last one because i sepped on it acidently. This new one was a little different for all the best And additional reasons. Very/more comfortable. Much more sturdier than all others ive had. Better looking than others. Easier to use. What i dont like is the voice that you here. Its VERY foreign and difficult to understand. Sometimes i cant underatand if she is saying power on or power off and i end up having to repeat the power cycle. A lot of that has to do with the noise level in my car. Buy this and be happy

The media could not be loaded. The video is just me unboxing the obvious that’s included in there however, I have used it for the past three days because I work from home and a big thing for me is if my client can hear me over the phone the first day they could hear me clearly, but as you move or try to adjust the mic a little bit The feedback I received from clients I was speaking with told me I sounded muffled far away, so you have to readjust the mic which is bendable, and it has to be bent certain way for you to speak into the mic and be heard clearly any minor adjustment or movement? It sounds like you’re muffled or the call is disgruntled if it’s several clients, tell me I sound far far away or muffled, extremely or . I don’t believe there’s too much noise production, but I do walk around my house with the headphones on. Haven’t had an issue with the connectivity. No it does not work while it’s plugged in and charging notate that also it’s pretty comfortable strap adjustable. I can hear the guest volume control is normal. I only use it for my computer at work Well at home but I’m working from home but yeah, that is a big thing. It’s been a week now of me using it during work hours which is four hours a day. Haven’t had any issues with the battery dying when I log off of work I just plug it in automatically to charge it overnight and I’m good for the whole day only thing which was a major key and me deciding to purchase this if the client can hear me clearly on the other end , and unfortunately, if you move the Mike in a certain direction it messes it all up like you can’t be heard but then if it’s at a right angle I was told I can be crystal clear. I was very dissatisfied with that aspect. This is about the fourth headset. I’ve ordered through Amazon just based off of the reviews, price quality, etc. And the Gzelle one that seems to be the most popular on Amazon. I have ordered that same thing for times and every time after one week nobody can hear you on the other end so stay away from the Gzelle ones this is Amazon because it’s cheap. It sounds great when you first get it for like day one literally after that people cannot hear you if I had choose between the JL headset and headset I would choose this headset to be honest , but I hope that helps you and your decision all in all on a scale of one to one being absolutely horrible and being the absolute best I would give this a 3, that is based on the design of the product the ease of use uncomfortability however, the main factor is if I can be heard through the microphone because I was the whole point of me getting it. It did drop the ball on that because you have to have that position to certain way, it seems once it is in whichever position it needs to be in for the guest or client or whomever you’re talking to on the other end once it’s in the perfect position they hear Crystal clear..Update. 3/25/24 so they completely stopped working like it’ll be fully charged, and just like most of the other wireless headsets I’ve used after a while, they start working to an extent, but this specific product stopped connecting to my workstation. I can’t hear anything because I talk to people on the phone all day, when it says power on connected, but after that calls, don’t come through or anything I would not recommend this product
