Q: can i expose this under sunlight?

Yes you can expose this under sunlight. Although your exposure time may vary depending on how sunny it is outside. I would run a trial and error run, other customers who use sunlight take about 15-20 minutes.

Q: Is this safe to put down shower/bath drain? Will it clog when washing out screens?

You can wash it down the drain. But it may dye your shower blue. If you use emulsion remover, your screen will not clog up when reclaiming.

Q: What to do if my screen doesn’t expose correctly because my exposure time is wrong? Do I wash it off & try again?

Yes! Keep it out of the sun (so it doesn't expose anymore) and get some emulsion remover, then scrub some onto the screen and let it sit fr 30 seconds. Then spray off with a hose

Q: What would the exposure time be on a 155 mesh screen?

All depends on the kind of light you are using. For this emulsion type I got a burn time with a 500w halogen lamp at 5min 12 sec and uv led light 30 seconds. All depends on the distance if your light from the screen as well
