Great for general lab work
I use these to clamp gauze for dipping into liquid nitrogen. Been using them for quite a while and have held up just fine. Seem to be well made for the price.

Works well
Thrilled. Pulls the chin hairs. Sturdy. Would buy again.

Pleased
I think this is a great little needle holder. I use it instead of a thimble when quilting. Not sure how it would hold up under sterilization or heavy use, but I think it is a great alternative to use in a surgical tech classroom/lab setting instead of more expensive Mayo Hegars.

Wore out quickly
Worked great at first, but wore out quickly. However, it was cheap. So, the quality is as good as expected.

Good instrument
I'm a retired physician, and I use needle holders primarily for sewing buttons, hems, etc. Trying to hold a needle by hand, especially if one is planning to push it through anything thicker than one layer of cloth, is difficult without this tool. It does come in handy sometimes for hold small parts in a given position.
