Q: Were can I get a replacement filter, F-101? Even manufacturer's website shows "out of stock" for it (though the vacuum itself is marked as "new").

I just got off the phone with them for the fourth time since placing the original order on April 18, 2018, attempting to check on my F101 filter order. The last two times I'd called, they'd simply pushed out the backorder date; first to June, then September. Of course, they've pushed the data again -- I had heard the factory that made them "went out of business" -- however, this is ridiculous. More ridiculous, however, is that instead of providing a solution, this time they simply decided to CANCEL my pre-paid order without warning or explanation. "Sometimes, when a product is on back-order for a long time..." Ridiculous. It's going to be a year soon that I'm without my vacuum. Washable/re-usable filters are great -- if they don't have HOLES IN THEM. This is absurd, and dirt devil runs their company like a bad joke.

No, and I found it very difficult to hang on a wall. It is an awkward shape for mounting.

Has an on/off switch. Great little hand vac.

Q: Is the filter washable? If so, how often does it need to be replaced?
