Tasty and great in a salad.

I am half Turkish and was practically brought up on Israeli cous cous, it is sooo much nicer than the cous cous we get in the UK that is typically used in salads. This is large balls of almost pasta type substance, I like to boil it with plenty of salt water and then add olive oil and butter served with Turkish green beans.

Expensive for the quantity but good quality!

A very small pack, and too expensive but pearl couscous is nice.
