We became vegan in June. It's been quite a journey and honestly tough sometimes. Having picky eaters, it's hard to get the essential nutrients into them that they need. I actually saw this brand on a vegan fb page so I thought I'd try it out. Everyone was talkin about how good it tasted. I've purchased a few different brands and we've been going through them SLOWLY because the taste of them is just eww...we gota choke um down. Now with OWYN, that is not the case. I love how there are 3 options for flavors. We all love drinking these. They smell good. They taste good. Just a lil too sweet for me so I water mine down a bit but I'm not begging my girls to choke it down. They happily drink it and take it w them for lunch. I workout and then reach for one of these. So filling.

I've ordered this product before I never had a problem. This batch is as thick as molasses. Swallowing it takes a lot of work and I usually end up adding water to the bottle. Also, the vanilla one looks a little yellowy. They are all within their expiration date so I don't understand what the problem is. I tried to reach out to their customer service and it won't let the call go through. So I have no way to contact them and let them know this is a problem. I feel like I've wasted my money and I don't know how to proceed from here. Update: neither OWYN or Amazon is willing to issue a refund even though I've been trying to rectify the situation for over a month and a half. Amazon told me there is no issue with the link on the return page for customer service that I've been trying to use for weeks, but I tried while on the phone with the CSR and it still doesn’t work. Saying it does work doesn’t make it so. I am out $33 because I'm too busy at the holidays to sit on the phone with customer service. I have 2 jobs, clearly the money would be useful. I will never purchase these products from Amazon again. Completely dissatisfied.

I like the ingredients in the protein drink. I love the high protein but the taste is a bit heavy. It’s not chalky, but it’s just not my favorite. I’ll pass on buying this one again.

I wanted to try it as I am trying to find something I like for after surgery when I am forced to dink my meals for two weeks. First let me start by saying I am not Vegan, so this is not a factor in why I am trying the brand. This is VERY thick. almost to think for my liking. I am not the biggest fan of plant based items. The pretend peanut butter is not bad but the tickness is off putting for me. The chocolate is a decent flavor but again its the thickness. The vanilla I am sorry to say is not to my liking. The falovor is very off putting. For the chocolate and no nut butter which is slightly better tasting to me I will just have to add a little milk to them to loosen it up for me or ice and water in a blender. The price is about what most run for a decent amount in a pack. The fact that it is 32 grams of protein is what really drew me in. I need now and will after surgery at least 60 grams of protein a day. Once you get past the tickness it's not bad. The flavors is all down to your own liking. What I will do is stick with chocolate and No nut butter and use them as fillers between other drinks I have picked out to mix up my diet so I don't get tired of one item to fast. 32g Protein, 9 Amino Acids, Omega-3, Prebiotics, Workout and Recovery, 0g Net Carbs, Zero Sugar

These are probably the healthiest protein shakes I've found. They're good but not the best tasting. (I go to Premier or Atkins for that.) But the loss in flavor is well worth the increase in healthiness. And there's no temptation to drink too many throughout the day. The only reason these aren't the only protein shakes I choose is they're a bit pricey. But if you can afford them or get them on sale, give them a try.

Very thick and pasty. Doesn't pour out of bottle. I had to add cold water and shake it up to be able to drink. The taste is so so. Won't buy again.

The first time I ordered these they were delicious, so naturally I ordered them again despite the exorbitant cost. The next shipment was different. The liquid in the bottle was like sludge. Even when I shook the bottle up, I could tell what was supposed to be liquid wasn’t really moving around in the bottle. I am very upset because these protein shakes are ridiculously expensive, and I received a product that was unable to be consumed.

Satsiating and great ingredient profile with one of the highest protein counts on the market but after the 2 12 count variety packs I went through, I just couldn't handle the extra thick, gritty, and oftentimes lumpy (even after vigorous shaking), consistency of the pea protein. Also, the flavors were definitely not to my liking. Personal opinion of course but I went the soy route for alot less money.
