This thing is so incredibly LOUD! Sounds like a small jet engine getting ready for take off! The only good things I can say is it makes ice and the door feels sturdy, which is why I purchased it I suppose. So three stars for making ice. But the noise level is ridiculous. It was a pain to install so not about to ask my husband to box it back up and return it, but as soon as I can get a different one this one will go on market place! I tried to record the sound for this review but the recording doesn’t do it justice. Perhaps if it was in the garage or basement where we didn’t have to hear it, it would be okay. But in the kitchen it’s a no go. Also the handle looks a feels super cheap so I took it off and just pull the door.

This ice maker puts out a lot of ice. It is loud for sure and if the water supply is not perfect you will be cleaning it a lot. My advise get a good water filter. Second, replace the 3 fans in the front. 2 x 120 Noctua and 1 x 92 Noctua . now super quiet and best buy for the buck!

This ice machine makes ice quickly and stores a massive amount. It works well with a under counter reverse osmosis. Great machine

I installed this ice machine in my bar and it worked great for a month, than it stoped working on its own and only works when I trigger the buttons. Sometimes I need to pull it out and unplug it to get it working again. NO MANUAL anywhere? Please send me one so I can try and get it working. This is nuts I'm so disappointed.

This ice maker suck! Its noise I could put up with if it would stay making ice!! It will make a block of ice and shuts off! You have to go back and turn it off and back on again, then it will make a few more block. That’s only way for it to keep making ice. You have to keep repeating this process!
