I bought this for a present for my brother's music studio and he loves it! After researching a bunch of different options on amazon and other sites, this ended up being the cheapest while still looking like it was a legit product from other reviews. It came in and was larger than I had expected, and look great! Definitely recommend the ice/light blue.

Shipped the day after I ordered (!) and received undamaged and, as promised, on time!! Pics show the requested layout, the identical high-quality finished item, and the ac adapter and optional dimmer switch. Also came with attachment/hanging hardware. Very impressed! Recommend! (Hoping it continues to stay operational.)

Excellent customer service!!! The seller sent emails to communicate beforehand, upon receipt of the product, and even an additional follow-up email. The sign was perfect, and shipping time was great. We used this for our wedding photo shoot, and I was absolutely thrilled with the way it turned out!

I would rate 6 if I could! Order Sunday evening and it was delivered on Friday. Came with two options to hang but we cut command strips in half and hid them behind letters.

Absolutely Perfect! The light can dim to be warmer or brighter and was perfect!

Seller has AMAZING communication. Seller provided mock-up/samples to show different sizes and spacing since I wasn’t 100% sure of how it would turn out. Seller was very patient and assisted with recommendations as needed. Custom neon sign is better than expected. I got the warm white color and it’s very bright at the 100% level. I’m using it in my home office so I keep it at 40% and the light is more than enough. The remote is very handy and definitely an add-on must have. Item was packaged great and it shipped very quickly; took less than a week to receive. Will definitely purchase again from this same seller.

So the sign itself is very bright. They got it exactly how I customized it. It don’t look tacky or anything like that. It worked good. Tested it out and did not disappoint. The only thing I’ll say is packaging need more stability. It came in a box with saran Wrap. I feel like with something like this packaging needs to be better in case it got broken
