This stuff is so yummy and great for chai tea latte lovers

My girlfriend and I tried this tea a couple years ago at a small gift shop in Cambria and it was incredible. I totally forgot the name of the company and after a few Google/Amazon searches I finally recognized it from the can and label and purchased it here. It is a wonderful Chai tea , mixes well, nice smooth texture, and it is not overly sweet. You can mix it with water or any kind of milk and I enjoy it either way. At first I thought it was a little bit pricey, but the can does last longer than you think and it's so good it doesn't matter to me. It is by far the best Chai tea on the market.

good tasting chai powder

This is the best powered Chai mix my wife has tried so far. She discovered it at a local restaurant as her favorite place for iced Chai tea lattes. The waitress told us they use David Rio and now she can get great Chai tea at home now too.

I love this chai and order it regularly! I enjoy it so much that I shipped one to my friend's house so we could have it while I was there. When I arrived to my friend's house I found that it was missing the brown lid that goes on top. This was a bummer because it meant we had to find a new container for it to be stored in. Not the biggest issue, but worth noting that you might need to find another container if this happens to you as well!

My morning head start!

This is definitely a very sweet drink, but not what I would consider a chai flavor. If you want a more vanilla flavored tea/latte, then this is your drink; if you're expecting the chai spice, you'll be sorely disappointed. Overall, the quality is good and it mixes well, but it was not the flavor I was hoping for.

This is my favorite so I am beyond bias. I love that I can save money and make my chai tea at home instead of buying it. For my tea I add ice in a cup and then milk of your choice. Then I boil some water and in a separate cup I add the chai powder and a little water and I use my milk frother and blend it and add to my milk and ice. Yummy

In the absence of a Starbucks on every corner (the nearest being about 20 miles away) I've had to be creative about getting my daily cup of chai. This is nowhere near as spicy as a SBucks chai (Tazo concentrate), but it is nice, sweet & vanilla-y. I mix it with a spiced chai powder (different brand) to suit my taste. The only sad thing is that I couldn't get this in the 4 lb. bag this time, so had to buy several of these small containers.
