I don't know if it's helping with burning fat, but I gotta say I haven't slept this well in years! I usually take Melatonin, but it has never made me sleep this good. I will keep taking these if for that reason alone.

I had high hopes for this as someone who is both looking to slim down and loves a good night’s sleep. Upon opening the bottle, they had the worst smell, it literally smelt like a garbage dump in a bottle, but I thought maybe that’s just something to expect. For the first 2-3 days, things felt normal. I took I woke up looking—and weighing—the same amount, and I slept the same as I always did, despite this product supposedly having melatonin. But the 4th night is when everything started to kick in, and not in a good way. I took it the same as I usually do, and went to sleep the same as I usually did. But then, about an hour into snoozing, I jolted myself awake, the way the body does when it feels like you’re falling, and I instantly felt pain everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. There were parts of my body in pain that I had never experienced pain from before. I was sweating profusely, my vision was going in an out, my heartbeat felt like I had just finished a 15 minute non-stop run, I was shaking like crazy, and I’m pretty sure that for a brief moment I was clinging onto my comforter for life. And I was in this state all night. Eventually I calmed down but only slightly, and every time I drifted off it truly felt like if I had closed my eyes I would not wake up the next day. So I stayed up. The next day I felt so sick, I vomited at work twice and had to go home. I was feverish, shaky, and had the worst anxiety. I am a 5’4”, 130 lbs, 22 year old female. I have no medical conditions, allergies, or mental illnesses. I have never experienced such misery in my life from a supplement, or anything really. I stopped taking these pills instantly. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times about my experience and wanting to know what went wrong, and never heard back. I’ve provided pictures of the capsules and what the powder in them looks like as well, because I thought they looked a bit funny. Please spare yourself and disregard the positive reviews, this supplement is a literal nightmare.

Update: I stand by my assesment but the seller did reach out to refund the cost of me not being able to use the product. I will probably try something else. Maybe a different product will work better. At least I know this seller cares. They work ok with diet and exercise. However, these are NOT good on the stomach. Typically I have a very strong stomach but these are uncomfortable and sometimes painful. I stopped taking them.

I love this product it lives upto its specifications. Effectiveness,energy level and boot in metabolism definitely spot on. No jitters. Really easy to use and easy to swallow. Definitely perfect if you’re struggling with weight loss. I’ve been struggling a lot with weight loss due to birthdays and holidays and now after finding Night Time Fat Burner Gummies I’ve been able to drop weight without struggling.

Im order to properly review I must inform the reader of what i have been doing... I took the women’s fat burner in the afternoon when I would start to get hungry after breakfast to help get me through till dinner time without having to eat lunch and to increase my metabolism. My regimen is 2 tbsp acv before breakfast, women’s fat burner around lunch time and the night time fat burner before bed. I am also eating clean and working out a few times a week. Also I am drinking dieters tea, green tea and turmeric ginger tea everyday and lots of water. After almost 2 weeks on this regimen I definitely have more energy than before which is what I needed. I overall feel better and am toning up. No weight loss on the scale yet but that’s ok because my main goal is to tone up and be fit thick as they call it and I’m already curvy. I am happy with these products because they are helping me to achieve my goals. If you are looking for something to help you not feel sluggish and increase your energy so you feel better and have the motivation to work out, then I would recommend them. These don’t make you feel weird. You just overall feel better. I will say that the first few days taking this before bed I did not sleep well at all but after about a week I got used to them and I was able to settle down enough to sleep. I also started taking a little extra melatonin to help me dose off in combo with this at night

i was super excited to have this supplement bec i wanted to shred a bit of those stubborn fats around my waist and at the same time get a quality sleep. BUT the first day i took this supplement was really bad instead of helping me get a good sleep i even have difficulty of getting one and seems like my sleep is very shallow. I thouhht it was just the first day so i took again the next 3 days and ITS THE SAME, i even woke up in the middle of my sleep for no reason like wanted to pee to something.

Don't know why but when I took these, more often than not I would get insomnia and wouldn't be able to sleep. I'd feel really anxious and have to keep getting out of bed to drink some water to and try reset my mind. I won't be buying this one again.
