Works fine but cannot calibrate
Generally works fine but when i tried to calibrate it, it shires error on screen! Let me know how to contact support to resolve this issue

Giving false reading
Very bad experience , working not properly, I bought it for my aquarium fish. it gave false reading showed as more alkaline , for neutrilizing I add vinigar in water but pH value not changing that time I felt doubt then checked with litmus paper that time I shocked pH value gone under 5, suddenly changed water & threw this pH meter in waste basket , if you really concern about your or your fish health please do not buy this waste product anyway I lost my money

Reading is not proper. Request a call back if possible .
Plz call me back as the pen is not calibrating from the time I took the meter. I need guidance or I need to replace the meter.
