Seasoned drone user here. The drone took off and flew good 2 times,on the 3rd it just kept going and would not respond to the remote. Batteries were brand new. I am very familiar with this drone as this is my second one,first time from amazon. Wish i could do a return for another im sure it was just a fluke. Dont know what i can do the drone just ketp going up and up and taken away by the wind never to be seen again.11/7 *update* customer dervice has sent another at no cost to me i am very pleased with this one it works with no problems. I use it in the yard for my dog to chase back and forth for exercise.just cant let him get his teeth on it. As stated before it is a good beginers drone to learn on ,i would definetly recomend before buying an expensive one. First practice at low speed in the house then move outside.DO NOT use this drone in the wind. The controlles are very easy once you learn them. The booklet tells you all you need. If your using the app it will tell you what each icon means before using it. Using the app dose take practice as that is with any of these price range drones. Also make sure the 2 landing forks are attached so when its programed it will fly perfect. Also make sure the propeller protectors are on so when you crash while learning it wont break.

Had to anchor the drone so I could test the controller functionality without it flying away. This thing is a piece of junk.

Product arrived just as described, was a gift for my son, him and his girlfriend use this almost every weekend during their hiking trips

For the most part its a great drone for the price. a couple issues even though the controller has a spot to attach your phone you cant use the app and the remote at the same time. so if you want to take pictures or video you have to use just the app. and the app controls are marginal at best and have a delay. the reason i titled this built to break is because the gears that are under each motor are completely exposed so that's just asking to be broken

I bought this two years ago. It's been in the box ever since because my daughter forgot about it. So I got it out to see how it was and there's no instructions so I'm not sure what app to download and the little bit I've tried it, it just crashes and only responds to the remote about half the time. It almost took out a $750 television!

I bought this drone and pleased with the functionality. I flew it up high once and it seemed to not respond to the remote so I hit emergency landing and had to go to the neighbors yard and get it. Thankfully it didn't get away. So I mainly now just use it for speed, flips and pictures. I haven't figured how to record and save video yet. Well done 4drc! I enjoy having this in my fleet of drones.

NOT user friendly. It makes you download an app to link to you phone...doesn't work. Will not Bluetooth & can't record while in the sir. It's been in the original box 📦 since purchased (waste of).
